Take me to the beaches of the Thames! One place I have always wanted to go is Paris. I want to shop on L'avenue des Champs-Élysées, see a show at le Moulin Rouge, stroll along la Tamise, and so much more! One day I know this will happen, but until then I can drink a French Martini and pretend I am there! Now, the above recipe is the proper mixture, but I like to bump the pineapple up to 1.5 oz and the Chambord to 1/2 oz. You may also be asking yourself - what in the world is Chambord?! Chambord liqueur comes from the Loire Valley of France. It is an infusion of raspberries, blackberries, black raspberries, black currant, Madagascar vanilla, and XO cognac. Though a smaller bottle, it comes at a 16.5% abv! You can find this liqueur at most stores. I was able to find it at my local Meijer! This drink is so good you will make it your go to drink! Please remember to drink responsibly. Leave me your thoughts and pictures in the comments!
Sending you all a little Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust! Cheers! Katie, xoxo

I don't know about you all, but I miss going out for happy hour with my friends. Grabbing a nice cocktail and just catching up on everyone's life! Well, it seems we've all decided that happy hour should still happen - just virtually! I first had this delicious cocktail at Friendsgiving this past year. It's the perfect way to have a taste of fall all year long. You can use your preferred brand of liquor, but I would LOVE to recommend Black Raspberry Bramble Berry-Hibiscus Vodka from Cardinal Spirits - located in Bloomington, IN. "Bramble is made with loads of black raspberries, one of the few fruits native to Indiana. We add a handful of dried hibiscus to add tartness and a beautiful red hue. Then it's balanced out with a touch of agave nectar to provide just the right amount of sweetness." - Cardinal Spirits
(https://www.cardinalspirits.com/bramble) I hope you love this cocktail as much as my friends and I do. A quick shout out to Sharon Zimmer and Joshua Stafford for providing the original recipe! Please remember to drink responsibly. Leave me your thoughts and pictures in the comments! Sending you all a little Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust! Katie, xoxo It's Friday! We did it! Another crazy week of quarantine is in the books, so let's celebrate with a drink! This bourbon drink is quite strong, but it is delicious. Now you can use any brand of the ingredients you would like, especially your favorite bourbon, but I thought I would share what I used. Everything I used, except the bourbon, I bought at Meijer Groceries.
I hope you all enjoy this delicious and absolutely worth it cocktail. Please remember to drink responsibly! Leave me your thoughts and pictures in the comments! Sending you all a little Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust! Katie, xoxo |
