Who doesn't love a recipe that has cheese, cheese, and MORE CHEESE?!?! This Queso on the Grill recipe has all the cheese you could ask for and more. One day, while scrolling through Facebook, I discovered this glorious picture: Like so many other shared posts, I could not find the original creator or even a recipe to go with it! So I spent far too much time dissecting the photo and creating my version of the recipe! I used most everything that was shown in the picture except I chose to swap the jalapenos for green chilies. I chose to use taco seasoning with my beef to add an extra flavor, however that is 100% your choice. The cook time will be dependent on your grill. If you do not have a grill, NO WORRIES! Set your oven to 350 degrees, place the pan in the center of your oven rack, and cook as stated in the recipe. As long as it looks like a swimming pool of cheese, then you succeeded! Isn't that picture just so cheesy on the eyes?! Yes, I just used a cheese pun and I have no regrets!!! I hope you all love this recipe as much as I do! Leave me your thoughts and pictures in the comments!!
Sending you all a little Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust!! Katie, xoxo

Hi Friends! I wanted to give a quick update before we move to the good stuff! With life starting to get back to normal, I have decided to do one recipe weekly, to be released on Wednesdays - a weekly pick me up for you! Once life settles down a bit more, I plan to bring you more recipes once again! Thank you for being wonderful and supportive!! Now to what you all really came for.......GARLIC CREAM CHEESE DIP!!!! It's that time of year where the weather is gorgeous and everyone is starting to have picnics and gatherings! Which, of course, means you will be asked to bring a dish for everyone to share. At some point, the night before, you will be running around trying to quickly put something together because you forgot!!!! No really...... No worries - we've all been there! The good news is this dip is about to become your go-to HERO!! Thankfully, everything in this recipe is something we typically keep stocked at home. Plus, it takes less than 10 minutes to make! Dump it, whip it, dip it!!
My mother-in-law taught me this delicious recipe and now I make for every occasion. It's always a big hit. The best part is it works as a dip or if you are feeling crazy, a smear for your hot dogs and burgers! You will see I have not listed a precise amount of milk for this recipe as that is really up to you! It truly comes down to how thick you like your dips. You also have free range on how much garlic salt and powder you use. Always let your heart guide you when it comes to garlic...ALWAYS..... I hope you all love this dip as much as I do!!!
