If you haven't figured it out yet, I LOVE DISNEY and I cannot express enough to you how much I love Frozen I & II. I always felt connected to Elsa and her journey - understanding her need to find and understand herself! So when I was walking through Target after Christmas and found this Disney Nordic Ware Frozen Snowflake Cake Pan, I HAD to snatch it up! It took me a while to gather up the courage to actually use it. This is a very hard design to remove in one piece, but I finally did it and let me tell you it was WORTH IT! Here are some tips to help you create the perfect snowflake.

Katie, xoxo *original recipe found at: https://www.ionlycameforthecake.com/3-ingredient-banana-ice-cream/ We've all had it, that 10 PM cookie crave! So we crawl out of our blanket cocoon and stumble into the kitchen praying we have what we need to make cookies. I went to do this the other night and low and behold, I was out of few things - thanks quarantine 2020. While staring aimlessly into the cupboard, I remembered a recipe my friend and I use to make as little kids, and thanks to the gallon size jar of peanut butter we have, my cookie craving was satisfied!
This recipe can be rather sticky, so I suggest taking a cooking spray and giving your hands a little squirt. This will keep the dough from sticking to you and allow you to easily shape the cookies. Now I must warn you, this is the MOST peanut buttery peanut butter cookie you will ever taste. So if that's not something you love, I suggest breaking it up with some chocolate. Instead of creating a fork design, press the cookie down with your thumb, creating a mini crater in the cookie. Allow the cookie to bake for about 5 minutes, then place a heresy's kiss in the hole and bake for the remaining time. So grab the peanut butter jar and get baking! Leave me your thoughts and pictures in the comments! Sending you all a little Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust! Katie, xoxo I absolutely LOVE this recipe! Its fun, delicious, something the whole family can do together, and not to mention it's just ADORABLE! The best part is you can make your bunny bum look any way you would like. If you do not like coconut, I suggest white chocolate flakes keep the fuzzy look. Take a bar of your favorite white chocolate and use a lemon zester or cheese grater to shave off some pieces to use! Do you want to make it even more colorful?! Try using multi-colored M&Ms on the feet! I hope you all have as much fun making this dish as I did. I would love to see some of your results in the comments!
